Florian Demmer
Managing Director

After my masters in agricultural economics / agribusiness, I lived for 3 years in Asia (Hong Kong, China and Vietnam), working in container logistics for Hutchison Whampoa plc. Returning to Europe, I have been working in international trade of paper and pulp for the past 25 years, thereof I was 11 years managing director of a Vienna based trading house. I am a hands-on manager, involved in the set-up of all aspects of the organization. I closely work with my sales and documentation team on a daily basis to develop and implement strategic plans for the growth of our company.

Reinhard Edlinger
Financial Consultant

After graduating from Vienna´s University of Economics & Business Administration I gained my first working experience as account manager with a major Austrian credit insurance company. For the past 15 years I have been working in the treasury departments of international commodity trading houses focusing on financial risk management and export finance. Since 2000 I have also been lecturing "International Trade" at Vienna´s University of Applied Sciences. I am advising and supporting Coolibree in all financial issues.

Sabine Beringer
Area Sales Manager - Asia

At the age of 19, I started to work in international trade for an eastern European commodity trader. During this time, I finished my masters focusing on international trade. For the last 21 years, I have been working with the team of Florian Demmer as area sales manager focusing on Far East & East Africa in international trade of paper and pulp.

Thomas Koch
Area Sales Manager - Africa

Before joining the team at Coolibree, I held the position of a senior trader at Ameropa in Vienna where I was sourcing and selling agricultural commodities such as rice, including related fertilizer products, mainly from South America, Asia and India to Africa. My previous trading activities included a range of agricultural products such as soybean meal, sugar and salt. Having worked and studied in different countries like the USA, Taiwan, India and other European destinations, I am familiar with the international business. Trading goods on an international level is one of my professional passions.
Veronika Rinnhofer
Documentation, Sales Administration

After completing my A levels at a commercial college I started working in the export department of a production plant for radiators. Due to some restructuring within the company I started studying International Business Relations and finished with a BA in Business. Prior to my employment at Coolibree, I worked in a fabrics producing company in the logistics department, concentrating on export. Although the work was quite diverse and interesting I decided to go for a new challenge in my life.
Branka Omerasevic
Documentation, Sales Administration

My first work experience I gained in Slovenia, in purchasing department of a large whole sale company. Three years later I took a personal decision to move to Austria. Before having started to work at Coolibree in 2014 I worked in international trade of pulp & paper for six years. After almost a decade in the pulp & paper industry I gained a lot of experience working with the South American, African, Asian and CEE markets.
Elisabeth Rusek
Documentation, Sales Administration

In 1991 I started to work in an international trading house, a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International. For 23 years I have been concentrating on the export of deep frozen products, steel, agricultural commodities and paper & pulp. Further I was responsible for all documentation of warehousing, customs clearing and freight forwarding. In January 2015 I joined the Coolibree team for documentation & sales administration.
Martina Luef
Documentation, Sales Administration

In the year 2000 I started to work for an international steel trading company. The mother company was based in Vienna with different subsidiaries e.g. in Russia, UAE, Czech Republic, Poland, Saudi Arabia and China. I was responsible for administration of our purchase and sales contracts, bank facilities, calculations, credit- and transport insurances, reports for the management, supervision of the accounting and preparation of balance sheets for the whole group. After 17 years of great work and a lot of experience collected I decided to change. Since November 2017 I am glad to be a member of the Coolibree Team.

I started to work in international trading business of paper & pulp in 2002. After gaining experience in warehousing and freight forwarding in an international trading company of oils and lubricants, I joined the Coolibree team in 2016, gladly supporting them in documentation and sales administration.
Elena Marakhina
Purchasing Manager - Russia

Having obtained my masters in linguistics and management, I started to work in the paper industry, getting experience in its various aspects. Having worked for some years in Canada with the leading manufacturer of pulp-moulding tools, responsible for their marketing and sales. Back in Russia, I have been concentrating on the export of pulp & paper products within greater Russia and CIS countries. During this time I had the chance to build a close co-operation with Mr. Demmer and his team.

Pere Ramakrishna
Area Sales Manager - East Africa

A highly motivated and enthusiastic mechanical engineer with over 25 years experience in marketing and sales of various paper and board products in East African markets. Joining the COOLIBREE team in mid of 2009 to further strengthen and enlarge their customer base in East Africa and providing local and pre and after sales service.

Eman Herman
Area Manager - Indonesia

After nearly a decade in raw material supply for paper & board, I took a new challenge 2002 in the paper industry, main focus to market sackkraft paper to the Indonesian converters. Since that time I also started my close cooperation with Mr. Florian Demmer and his sales team to promote sales to the Indonesian market and was happy to continue our cooperation, once he established his own company Coolibree GmbH in 2007. In 2011 we strengthened our mutual cooperation to support Coolibree´s long-term customers within Indonesia and same time putting a strong focus on the Indonesian export of paper & board within Coolibree´s sales network, mainly to markets in Africa, South Asia, Latin American and Eastern Europe. In total I have been working in the Pulp, Paper and Board industry for more than 20 years already.

Area Sales Manager - Ethiopia

After finishing my higher education in Business Administration from Addis Ababa University and having a great deal of working experience in manufacturing and supply chain for 5 years my brother and myself established SAMATCO TRADING Co. with the aim of fulfilling the supply gap for manufacturers of paint, pharmaceutical and paper industries. After I met Mr. Florian and his team, especially during the last 5 years I have got a lot of work experience and of course we keep COOLIBREE in the top range of all long-term suppliers listed here in Ethiopia in the paper and pulp business industry.
